Billing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Billing Manager based in the United States. This is a hands-on billing leadership role overseeing end-to-end operations in a high-volume, data-intensive environment. You will lead invoice generation, validation, reconciliation, and distribution while maintaining strong accuracy and financial controls. The role requires someone who can confidently manage large and complex data sets across multiple billing cycles. You will partner closely with Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure contracts, pricing, usage, and revenue are accurately reflected. You will also help optimize billing systems, workflows, automations, and integrations to support scalable growth. The position combines operational ownership, analytical problem-solving, team mentorship, and continuous process improvement.
