Regional Sales Director – Federal Civilian – DHS and USPS

Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Director – Federal Civilian – DHS and USPS based in the United States. This is a senior sales leadership opportunity focused on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will lead direct and channel sales activities throughout the full sales lifecycle, from territory planning and opportunity development to solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. Working closely with federal customers, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and internal technical teams, you will help address complex cybersecurity, network visibility, and infrastructure challenges. The role combines strategic account management, business development, and technical solution selling in a competitive federal technology market. This is a fully remote position requiring residence in the Washington, DC area and travel based on customer and business needs.
