Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Canada. This remote role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across Product, Engineering, General & Administrative, and potentially Sales functions. You will own full-cycle recruitment while helping hiring leaders define talent strategies for both immediate and future workforce needs. The position combines hands-on sourcing with market intelligence, stakeholder influence, and data-informed recruiting decisions. You will focus on attracting specialized and hard-to-find talent, including technical professionals across software, cloud, AI/ML, data, and infrastructure. The role offers the opportunity to improve recruiting processes, leverage AI-enabled tools, and strengthen talent pipelines in a fast-moving technology environment. Success requires strong organization, curiosity, communication, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with a high degree of independence.
