Senior Product Designer (Growth)

Join a lean, fast-moving product team where design has a direct influence on customer experiences and business growth. Own product design work across the Growth stream, from early problem framing through build-ready delivery and post-launch iteration. Turn complex customer journeys into clear, intuitive, and implementation-ready experiences with minimal rework. Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve ambiguity early and make thoughtful trade-offs between quality and speed. Use research, behavioural data, experimentation, and customer evidence to inform design decisions rather than relying on assumptions. Contribute to a growing Design System while exploring practical ways to use AI to improve design workflows. Design within a regulated environment where customer comprehension, clarity, and fair treatment are central to the experience.
