This leadership role is responsible for the stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of a global SAP ERP environment. You’ll oversee day-to-day ERP operations supporting critical business processes across a complex enterprise landscape. The position combines deep SAP expertise with service management, automation, AIOps, and operational excellence. You’ll help modernize operations through intelligent monitoring, automation, standardization, and data-driven optimization. The role has significant influence across cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, application delivery, and business technology teams. You’ll also lead global internal and partner resources while managing service performance through clear KPIs and SLAs.
