As a certified Great Place to Work® across almost 100 countries, our foundation is built on an inclusive culture and a genuine sense of belonging. Whether you are driving digital transformation, elevating client success, or building cutting-edge solutions, your talent is the key to unlocking what’s next.
Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will serve as the executive product leader accountable for establishing scalable, cross-suite platform capabilities (horizontal leverage) and embedding them into mission-critical, domain-specific enterprise workflows (vertical outcomes) that global clients and operational teams adopt at scale. You will set the product vision, define the architectural and functional roadmap, steer multi-pod delivery teams, and ensure rapid, dependable execution from discovery to general availability. Your initial portfolio spans specialized AI offerings for Banking & Financial Services, Collections, Sales, and Healthcare, with additional verticals to follow as the platform matures.
You will operate alongside dedicated enterprise partners: a GTM Owner who drives pipeline, pricing, packaging, and commercial deal closure; a Delivery Owner who secures client onboarding, operational adoption, and long-term value realization; and an Executive Sponsor who champions the product suite across C-suite forums.
This role bridges two complementary enterprise product dimensions:
- Horizontal Platform (Core Leverage): Foundational, reusable platform primitives —including semantic search/RAG pipelines, shared agent runtimes, multi-agent orchestration engines, tool execution registries, model evaluation/observability frameworks, and enterprise-grade trust and safety guardrails.
- Vertical Solutions (Domain Value): Tailored, context-rich applications addressing specific industries and operational domains (e.g., Banking & Financial Services, Collections, Sales, and Healthcare) that solve high-friction workflows and drive clear ROI metrics.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Define and communicate an ambitious, unified multi-year vision for both the horizontal AI platform and its vertical application lines, articulating value credibly to executive sponsors, enterprise buyers, and technical build teams.
- Own the product portfolio P&L and drive the end-to-end product strategy from conceptualization to revenue scale, balancing horizontal platform leverage with high-margin vertical business outcomes.
- Own the global product roadmap, making disciplined build vs. buy vs. retire decisions and prioritizing capabilities that scale globally without splintering into one-off customizations.
- Translate complex business requirements and domain-specific enterprise processes into structured, engineering-ready roadmaps, PRDs, and functional specifications.
- Set the standards and quality bar for core lifecycle artifacts: Business Requirements Documents (market opportunity, JTBD, user personas), Product Requirements Documents (scope, platform primitives, target UX), and Functional Design Specifications (system behavior, state management, latency/accuracy benchmarks).
- Hold final go/no-go authority at key portfolio stage gates: problem validation, market viability, risk/governance clearance, and production release.
- Build and lead a global organization of [X] people, hiring and developing product and engineering leaders, organized into multi-disciplinary development pods (8–11 members each), spanning Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Scale team capacity dynamically—from seed MVP pods to multi-pod configurations—while rigorously enforcing platform reusability and preventing bespoke, single-client code divergence.
- Embed domain depth in every vertical by staffing pods with industry subject-matter experts and co-designing workflows with TP’s operations teams who run these processes for clients at scale today.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across central data platforms, core AI infrastructure, and vertical applications to protect delivery commitments.
- Partner closely with GTM and Delivery Owners across the entire lifecycle: concept definition, pilot commercialization, production rollout, and recurring value capture.
- Enable client-facing technical solutions teams, incorporating recurring field insights, deployment friction points, and customer requests directly into the centralized product backlog.
- Partner proactively with Cloud Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Global Privacy & Data Ethics, and Finance to ensure enterprise guardrails, client data segregation, and multi-tenant isolation are embedded by design.
- Ensure each vertical offering meets its sector’s regulatory and Responsible AI requirements, e.g., HIPAA for Healthcare; model risk management, fair lending, and data protection for Banking; FDCPA/Regulation F, TCPA, and local equivalents for Collections and Sales; and the EU AI Act across EMEA deployments.
- Chair the bi-weekly Solution Council—bringing together the Executive Sponsor, geography transformation heads, and technical architects to resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and fast-track scalable vertical patterns.
- Represent the portfolio across executive governance forums, delivering clear readouts on delivery velocity, platform adoption, and SLA reliability.
- Drive monthly C-suite portfolio reviews for the Executive Committee, connecting product progress directly to commercial growth and margin performance.
Your Roadmap to Success
- Total Contract Value (TCV): Combined contract value of enterprise customer agreements powered by the horizontal/vertical product suite.
- AI Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Annualized software and platform revenue generated by deployed AI solutions.
- Gross & Deal Margin: Unit economics, hosting/inference efficiency, and margin health across all deployed vertical products.
- Active Enterprise Deployments: Number of multi-geography client environments live in active production.
- Platform Consumption & Usage: Daily/Monthly Active Users (DAU/MAU), transaction throughput, and intent resolution rates across production workflows.
What You Bring to the Team
- Enterprise SaaS Pedigree: Demonstrated track record leading product strategy or end-to-end product ownership within large-scale, multi-product B2B software ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, CX/contact-center platforms such as Genesys or NICE, or comparable multi-tenant enterprise platforms).
- Proven Horizontal & Vertical Matrix Navigation: Track record of driving platform strategies that balance horizontal leverage (developer enablement, reusable APIs, shared data fabrics) with vertical customer outcomes (customized UI, contextual business logic, domain metrics).
- Applied Enterprise AI/ML Experience: Hands-on product ownership shipping production-grade AI features (e.g., predictive analytics, conversational interfaces, automated decision engines, multi-agent orchestration, or generative AI assistants) integrated into complex enterprise transactional systems.
- Regulated-Industry Experience: Track record shipping AI products into regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, debt collection), partnering with risk, compliance, and model-governance functions to reach production.
- Complex Stakeholder Management: Deep expertise aligning cross-functional platform engineers, functional domain PMs, enterprise sales, compliance, and enterprise customer leadership.
- Executive Presence: Senior product executive with the organizational presence, strategic depth, and credibility to align C-suite buyers (CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, COOs, Chief Customer Officers, Business Unit Presidents) and make definitive roadmap trade-offs autonomously.
- Leadership Track Record: 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience, including 8–10+ years directing multi-disciplinary product and engineering organizations at the Vice President or Senior Director level in global environments.
- Technical & Domain Fluency: Deep understanding of enterprise workflows (customer experience, contact center operations, banking, collections and recoveries, sales, and healthcare payer/provider operations) paired with enough AI/data architecture fluency (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent runtimes, vector databases) to challenge engineering architectures credibly without requiring hands-on coding skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Direct experience designing value-driven commercial constructs, including usage-based pricing, performance-linked milestones, and ROI-indexed licensing models.
- Global Scale & Operating Models: Proven ability to build, standardize, and scale product operating models across global, matrixed enterprises, balancing centralized governance with local market execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
