Finance Director

This executive-level role will lead the financial operations of a growing global organization and play a central role in shaping its long-term financial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing financial insight to support growth, investment, and strategic decisions. The position spans financial planning, accounting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, contracts, and international operations. You’ll develop sophisticated financial models and translate business performance into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. The role also offers exposure to complex commercial agreements, event and talent revenue structures, acquisitions, and international expansion.
