Senior Manager Trade Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager Trade Compliance based in the United States. As a Senior Manager Trade Compliance, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee global and domestic trade compliance activities across a complex, highly regulated business environment. You will lead a specialized team responsible for ensuring adherence to international trade laws, export controls, sanctions, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with legal, compliance, and business leaders, you will develop and implement strategies that protect the organization while supporting its commercial and operational objectives. You will oversee compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development and authorization to marketing, sales, and export activities. This role also offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide policies, strengthen risk management practices, and drive operational improvements. You will contribute to critical projects across the defense, technology, intelligence, and infrastructure sectors while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and accountability.
