Vice President, Commercial Operations

The Vice President, Commercial Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, complex organization. This executive role is responsible for aligning operational activities with broader business objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth. Working closely with executive leadership and department heads, you will establish organizational priorities, strengthen operating procedures, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee financial planning and performance, including annual budgets, monthly reviews, and corrective actions to maintain financial targets. You will also ensure that teams consistently meet expectations across quality, compliance, customer service, productivity, and project management.
