What you’ll do - Build client relationships through calls, daily updates, feedback & clear expectations. - Own onboarding, covering goals, KPIs, scope, timelines & access. - Run delivery with clear briefs, owners & deadlines while balancing team workloads. - Check quality, review results & resolve blockers before they affect delivery. - Keep Notion plans, calendars, tasks, notes & reporting current. - Test new ideas & apply what we learn to improve campaigns. - Track progress against baselines & KPIs, explain changes & set priorities. - Build case studies covering strategy, delivery, measurable results & evidence. Who you are You lead by example, build relationships naturally & deliver what you’ve promised. You’re organised, notice the details & know when a friendly nudge is needed. You’re comfortable managing several accounts, having honest conversations & taking responsibility when something goes wrong. You care about the client’s business & the people doing the work. Marketing agency experience is highly valued. Experience delivering crypto/Web3 marketing services is a strong advantage. Why Growthy?
