Senior AI Content Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Content Specialist based in Turkey. The Senior AI Content Specialist will help shape the quality, personality, and performance of conversational AI systems through carefully crafted training content and rigorous response evaluation. This role combines writing, editing, data annotation, and hands-on AI testing, with a particular focus on adult-oriented conversational experiences. You will create and refine text datasets, assess chatbot interactions, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements to prompts, training data, and model behavior. The position requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, conversational dynamics, and the nuances of engaging written interactions. You will also establish content standards and quality guidelines while maintaining a high production pace without compromising accuracy. This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented content professional who is comfortable working extensively with explicit material and AI tools.
