You define architectural standards, drive technology decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-oriented software solutions that enable our digital transformation. Working across business and technology functions, you align enterprise applications with strategic objectives and establish governance that ensures a sustainable and future-ready software ecosystem. - You shape and evolve our enterprise software architecture and technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities. - You define architecture principles, standards, and best practices for applications, integrations, and data flows across the organization. - You evaluate, select, and design software solutions that are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective. - You review and govern solution architectures across enterprise applications, business systems, data platforms, and automation initiatives. - You partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive digital transformation and ensure sustainable architectural decisions. - You provide architectural guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. - You enable seamless integration between systems, processes, and data while fostering a consistent and future-ready technology landscape. - You ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all architecture decisions. - You identify and assess emerging technologies and recommend innovations that create measurable business value. - You drive architecture documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization. - You present architecture strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. What You Need To Succeed - You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - You bring extensive professional experience in enterprise software architecture, solution design, or IT leadership roles, ideally in complex, multi-system environments. - You have successfully designed and implemented complex software architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. - You possess strong expertise in system integration, APIs, data architecture, security, and modern software engineering practices. - You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - You are an influential communicator who can engage and align stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to senior executives. - You thrive in cross-functional environments, build strong partnerships, and drive collaboration across teams. - Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or comparable credentials are a plus.
