Technical Lead (DeFi)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead (DeFi) based in United Kingdom. This fully remote leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced software engineer passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance. You will lead a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager while helping shape innovative DeFi infrastructure. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical strategy, team development, and product delivery. You will work on high-performance MEV services and Ethereum mempool transaction workflows. Your contributions will help improve validator profitability and trading execution for DeFi searchers. The position offers an opportunity to build scalable distributed systems within a technically ambitious, collaborative environment. Candidates based in Germany and other eligible locations across Europe or the UK can work remotely.
