EverCommerce - Staff Engineer

In this senior technical leadership role, you will design and deliver scalable software solutions that connect enterprise systems, streamline business operations, and accelerate digital transformation. You will bridge business strategy and engineering execution across Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management, turning complex operational needs into reliable technical solutions. Combining deep Java expertise with full-stack development, AWS cloud architecture, and enterprise SaaS integrations, you will lead projects from initial discovery through production deployment. You will also mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and ensure systems meet rigorous security, governance, and compliance standards. Beyond traditional software engineering, you will explore generative AI and intelligent automation to eliminate manual processes and unlock new efficiencies.
