AI is changing how data centres are built, and the networks supporting them need to keep up. We're working with a global technology company looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager who knows large-scale networking inside out. This isn't your typical account management role. You'll be the technical expert helping major cloud providers and enterprise customers solve complex networking challenges, while influencing the products and technologies being developed for the future. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in cloud infrastructure, combining technical expertise, customer engagement and strategic influence. What You'll Be Doing - Working with hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise customers on complex AI and data centre networking solutions - Acting as a trusted technical adviser to senior stakeholders - Influencing networking architecture, product strategy and go-to-market plans - Partnering with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to develop technical solutions - Supporting strategic pre-sales engagements, RFPs and technical proposals - Keeping ahead of emerging trends in cloud, AI and hyperscale networking What We're Looking For - 10+ years of experience in network architecture, infrastructure design or technical solutions consulting - Strong background in hyperscale cloud, AI or large-scale data centre networking - Deep knowledge of routing, switching, BGP, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN and SDN - Hands-on experience with JunOS, EOS, IOS or similar networking operating systems - Familiarity with Juniper, Arista, Cisco, SONiC or Cumulus - Experience with network automation and provisioning - Strong technical pre-sales or customer-facing solutions experience - Confidence engaging with senior technical leaders and C-level stakeholders - Engineering degree and JNCIE or equivalent advanced networking certification - Willingness to travel internationally, up to 50% of the time Bonus points if you've worked with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU networking, network fabrics, SmartNICs or automation tools such as Apstra and Paragon.
