Requirements - Manage market-making operations for clients - Manage proprietary trading strategies across crypto and prediction markets - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and transparent updates on trading performance, market conditions, and tailored recommendations. - Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time, ensuring optimal liquidity provision, spread management, and depth of market while adhering to client goals. - Collaborate with internal development and technical teams to refine and enhance trading systems Requirements - 2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client-facing or trading capacity (e.g., Client Manager, Account Manager, Trader, Senior Trader, or similar roles). - Effective communicatorcomfortable who balances technical and business priorities - Ability to work independently and explore potential solutions to new challenges - Crypto-native with knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, differences between chains etc. - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on precision and risk management.
