Lead DevOps Engineer - Platform & Data Operations! • Own the DevOps tooling and platform roadmap across the whole function • Drive cloud, automation, and developer enablement initiatives • Join a global organisation with strong growth opportunities An exciting opportunity has opened for a DevOps IT Lead to join a leading global organisation. You'll take ownership of developer platforms and tooling, driving automation, governance, and self-service capabilities across engineering teams. You will get to build and lead teh roadmap and initiatives of the whole function that includes 3 separate teams across the entire organisation. This role combines technical leadership with platform ownership, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, secrets management, and developer enablement. Working within a distributed DevOps model, you'll partner closely with engineering and security teams to improve platform capabilities, engineering standards, and developer productivity.
