Client Success Director

The Client Success Director will lead a team responsible for client health, satisfaction, retention, and issue resolution across a growing healthcare client portfolio. This leadership role combines people management, strategic account oversight, operational excellence, and commercial partnership. You will establish scalable playbooks, health-scoring approaches, reporting practices, and escalation frameworks that strengthen the client experience. You will also serve as the senior escalation point for complex client situations, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive timely and sustainable resolution. Working closely with commercial leadership, you will connect client health insights with renewal and expansion strategies. The role requires strong healthcare knowledge, executive communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on situations.
