Physician Relations Team Manager

By leveraging CRM platforms, claims intelligence, and market insights, you will identify new referral opportunities and measure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives. You will collaborate closely with physician offices, practice operations leaders, and internal stakeholders to improve referral processes and remove barriers to patient access.
