HR Systems Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Systems Architect based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced HR technology professional to serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, with a primary focus on UKG. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee system configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and ongoing improvements. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, IT, Training, and external vendors to ensure reliable and efficient HR operations. The position also involves supporting talent acquisition and learning management systems while identifying opportunities to streamline processes. You will help introduce AI-enabled automation and integrations that reduce manual work while maintaining strong data privacy and governance standards.
