Chief of Staff

We're looking for a chief of staff to the CEO: a generalist who is excited to solve problems, grow the business, and shape the future of the hospitality industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Collaborate with our CEO on GTM, ops, and partnership opportunities - Identify and pursue growth opportunities with key partners and new markets - Own internal strategic projects end to end - Stay informed about industry trends and the hospitality market to spot new opportunities and challenges BACKGROUND - 1-3+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or similar - Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or startups a plus WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary range $100K-$150K, and equity - We work in person 5 days a week in our SoHo office - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents (FSA and HSA plans available) - Lunch daily from the best restaurants in NYC; you choose all the restaurants your first week - Unlimited PTO
