The opportunity As a senior leader within the German business, you will play a central role in developing its customer relationships, operational capabilities and long-term growth. You will work closely with international leadership while having meaningful influence over how the German operation develops. Your responsibilities will include: - Building the business: Help establish and grow the organisation's presence in Germany, shaping its operating model, capabilities and future direction. - Owning strategic customer relationships: Act as a trusted partner to senior enterprise stakeholders, ensuring outstanding service and long-term customer success. - Leading mission-critical IT operations: Take accountability for the reliable delivery of complex infrastructure services across datacentres, networks, servers, storage and cloud environments. - Developing high-performing teams: Recruit, build and lead technical and operational teams capable of delivering exceptional outcomes. - Driving operational excellence: Take ownership of service performance, major incidents, risk management and continuous improvement. - Combining technology with commercial leadership: Balance technical decisions, customer expectations and business performance to support sustainable growth. Who we're looking for We're interested in speaking with senior leaders who have built their careers in enterprise IT infrastructure, outsourcing or managed services. You might currently be a: - Director of IT Operations or Infrastructure Services - Service Delivery Director or Customer Delivery Director - Head of Managed Services - Delivery Executive or Client Delivery Executive - Business Unit Director - Senior technology operations leader with significant customer accountability Your title matters less than the responsibility you've held. We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate: Mission-critical infrastructure experience You've been accountable for the ongoing operation of complex enterprise IT environments, where reliability, availability and service continuity are essential. Customer ownership You're comfortable building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and taking responsibility for delivering on demanding service commitments. Leadership under pressure You've led teams through critical operational situations and understand what it takes to restore services when technology fails.
