Finance Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Director based in Brazil . This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to build and scale a modern, technology-enabled finance and accounting practice serving multiple clients. You will initially take direct ownership of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), while helping design the processes and controls needed for sustainable growth. Working alongside an operations engineer, you will introduce automation and AI-powered workflows to streamline routine finance activities without compromising accuracy or auditability. You will turn financial and operational data into forecasts, KPI dashboards, and actionable management insights. As the practice expands, you will guide junior accounting staff and AI agents, shifting more of your focus toward review, planning, and client decision support. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape a growing finance function and influence its technology, operating model, and future direction.
