Senior Strategic Accounts Director, Pelvic Health

Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategic Accounts Director, Pelvic Health based in United States. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing strategic account programs across a specialized healthcare portfolio. You will drive initiatives spanning strategic contracting, ambulatory surgery center (ASC) strategy, robotics growth, enterprise account alignment, and large national accounts. The position combines strategic planning, complex deal orchestration, executive relationship management, sales enablement, and financial leadership within a highly matrixed organization. You will lead regional strategic account leaders while partnering with enterprise teams, commercial leadership, finance, contracting, and other cross-functional stakeholders. A strong focus on data, pipeline visibility, financial performance, and measurable business outcomes will guide decision-making.
