Low-touch Customer Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Low-touch Customer Success Manager based in Spain. Join a fast-growing, remote-first technology environment focused on helping businesses unlock the potential of automation and AI-powered workflows. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, serving as their primary post-sales partner. You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal while helping them translate product usage into measurable business outcomes. By building strong relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders, you will drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value. You will proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and coordinate solutions across internal teams. You will also contribute to scalable customer success programs and playbooks that strengthen retention, expansion, and enterprise growth.
