Senior Accountant, OAS

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee outsourced accounting services for clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounting activities, lead month-end close processes, and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely financial statements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving complex accounting challenges and recommending practical solutions that improve financial operations. You will also contribute to client onboarding, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings. Beyond your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior accounting professionals and coordinate multiple client engagements with minimal supervision.
