Permanent CFO

Permanent CFO Renumeration: €200k - €250k Location: Amsterdam MS199998 Finatal are working with a PE-backed infrastructure business which has recently been carved-out and set up as a standalone from an underperforming and non-core division of a larger group. They require a permanent CFO to lead on the turnaround of the business, manage complex financing and capital allocation structures with the banks and lenders, along with leading on a cost out program. You will be tasked with running an initial diagnostic and then forming the plan to return the business to profitability, whilst managing the TSA delivery / business stand-up on-time. This will be followed by execution of the longer term VCP, focused on both organic and inorganic growth. Ideally you’ll have a track record in: - M&A / carve-outs, separations, divestments - Turnarounds - Infrastructure sector - Complex financing - Cost reduction programmes
