Project Controls Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Controls Manager based in the United States. The Project Controls Manager will oversee the financial management, cost forecasting, and performance reporting of large-scale semiconductor construction and equipment installation projects. This senior role combines strategic cost management leadership with hands-on involvement in day-to-day project controls activities. You will manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, assess financial risks, and provide accurate reporting to support informed business decisions. Working closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, finance, and client stakeholders, you will ensure strong financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. You will also lead and develop project controls personnel while improving cost management processes and reporting systems. This remote opportunity is open to candidates based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones, with occasional travel to project sites in Santa Clara, California.
