Enterprise Architect | Financial Services | London/Hybrid | up to £120,000 base (dependent on experience) We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape its future technology strategy and drive significant enterprise-wide transformation. This is an opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions across a complex technology estate, spanning cloud, data, integration, AI, engineering enablement and client-facing capabilities. A key focus will be supporting major strategic programmes and regulatory remediation, ensuring the organisation's technology landscape evolves in a coherent, scalable and resilient way. The Role You'll be responsible for shaping enterprise-level architecture and translating business strategy into practical technology roadmaps that enable meaningful change. Key responsibilities include: - Defining enterprise target-state architectures and transition roadmaps across multiple technology domains. - Shaping major strategic programmes, ensuring technology decisions align with wider business objectives. - Driving cloud strategy, data architecture, integration and API capabilities, AI adoption and engineering enablement. - Establishing reusable architectural patterns and standards that enable teams to deliver effectively. - Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence investment decisions and long-term technology direction. - Evaluating emerging technologies and platforms to identify opportunities for modernisation and improved business outcomes. What We're Looking For - Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture or an equivalent senior architecture leadership role. - A proven track record of shaping enterprise-wide technology strategies and target architectures across multiple domains. - Broad architectural knowledge spanning cloud, applications, data, integration and modern engineering platforms. - The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into clear architectural direction. - Experience in financial services Technology Environment Exposure to Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Salesforce and the Microsoft ecosystem would be highly advantageous.
