Collections Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Collections Manager based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing consumer lending collections function from the ground up. You will own collections strategy and execution across multiple stages of delinquency while partnering closely with Risk and other business teams. The position combines people leadership, operational ownership, regulatory oversight, and data-driven performance management. You will oversee both an internal collections organization and third-party agency relationships as the program scales. Your work will directly influence recovery performance, customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and the long-term effectiveness of the collections program. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where processes and infrastructure are continuously evolving and improving.
