Associate General Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate General Counsel based in United States. This role serves as a strategic legal advisor supporting the development, manufacture, regulatory compliance, lifecycle management, and commercialization of medical technology products across North America. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance throughout the full product lifecycle. The position combines commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory advice, product development support, risk management, and strategic transaction work. You will collaborate with teams across research and development, engineering, quality, regulatory, procurement, manufacturing, clinical, medical, sales, and marketing. A key focus is translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions that support innovation and growth. You will also contribute to modernizing legal service delivery through AI, Enterprise Legal Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and other technology-enabled tools.
