As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping these systems running and delivering exceptional performance for our customers. Why this role matters As a Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Exotec's advanced robotic solutions across multiple customer sites in the Venlo and Venray area. Through your expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure maximum system availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you'll do Maintain highly automated robotic systems - Keep our Skypod® system, robots, conveyors and related equipment running at peak performance. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues. Ensure operational excellence - Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. - Support continuous reliability improvements. Support installation and expansion projects - Assist with the deployment of new systems and equipment. - Participate in upgrades and optimization initiatives across customer sites. Deliver outstanding customer support - Build strong relationships with on-site customer teams. - Respond quickly to technical issues and emergency situations when required. - Support customer training and contribute to an exceptional service experience.
