SRE / Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Platform Reliability: Own the availability, performance, and operational health of enterprise Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms. • Automation & GitOps: Drive automation using GitOps workflows (Flux/ArgoCD) and scripting (Python, Go, Bash) to eliminate manual tasks and reduce operational toil. • Lifecycle & Security: Manage cluster lifecycles, upgrades, capacity planning, and lead vulnerability management (CVE assessments and patching). • Observability: Improve platform monitoring, metrics, logging, and alerting systems to proactively catch incidents. What We Are Looking For: • 10+ years of solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. • Strong hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Enterprise Kubernetes. • Deep understanding of Linux administration, container orchestration, and networking. • Proven track record with GitOps tools and automation scripting.
