Senior Release Engineer

Senior Release Engineer | CI/CD & GitHub Actions Amsterdam, Netherlands | Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite Senior Level | 6+ years experience English speaking environment We’re looking for a Senior Release Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering environment and help build, maintain, and improve scalable CI/CD and release capabilities. You’ll work hands-on with GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Argo CD and Artifactory, while enabling engineering teams to deploy faster and more independently through reusable, secure and reliable release tooling. 🔧 What you’ll be doing - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and release workflows - Develop reusable GitHub Actions using TypeScript - Build self-service deployment and release capabilities for engineering teams - Manage and upgrade self-hosted GitHub runners - Operate and maintain Artifactory - Manage Argo CD within Kubernetes environments - Support Kubernetes-based deployments and tooling - Improve pipeline security, versioning and lifecycle management - Take ownership of release engineering initiatives and drive improvements 💡 What we’re looking for - 6+ years of relevant engineering experience, with seniority demonstrated through ownership and impact - Strong experience with CI/CD and release engineering - Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions - Development experience with TypeScript - Solid Kubernetes experience - Experience with Argo CD or comparable GitOps/CD tooling - Experience with Artifactory or similar artifact repository platforms - Experience maintaining self-hosted runners - Cloud knowledge, ideally Microsoft Azure - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset 🌟 You’ll be a great fit if you...
