What We're Looking For - Expert proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices. - Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML and LLM systems. - Deep knowledge of agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration tools. - Extensive experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical architecture and mentor engineering teams. - Experience implementing AI governance, observability, and security guardrails. - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
