CRM Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Project Manager based in the United States. The CRM Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of CRM platform implementations and managed services for global clients. This role combines client relationship management, project planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional team coordination. You will manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, resources, and expectations remain aligned. Working closely with technical specialists and client stakeholders, you will guide projects through every stage of the delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and discovery to development and final delivery. You will also contribute to process improvements, project governance, and the continued development of CRM service offerings.
