Program Development Manager

As a Program Development Manager, you will drive the growth and adoption of innovative image-guided treatment programs across an assigned territory. In this quota-carrying sales role, you will develop strategic relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and referral partners to expand the use of an advanced prostate tissue ablation procedure. You will transform existing hospital accounts into successful clinical programs by developing clinical champions, strengthening patient referral pathways, and securing institutional commitment. Working closely with capital sales and clinical teams, you will identify growth opportunities, overcome operational barriers, and increase procedure volumes. You will also lead strategic business reviews, monitor account performance, and translate clinical and economic value into sustainable program expansion.
