Staff Operations Engineer

The Staff Operations Engineer is a senior technical leadership role focused on the design, reliability, and continuous evolution of hybrid-cloud and workplace infrastructure. You will own architecture within a defined infrastructure domain while influencing technical direction across multiple teams and environments. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic thinking, requiring you to solve complex infrastructure challenges and deliver high-impact initiatives. You will work across IT, SRE, Security, and service ownership teams to build scalable, secure, and dependable systems. From migrations and re-architectures to automation, observability, and incident response, your work will directly improve operational resilience and efficiency. The position also provides opportunities to mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and become a trusted expert within your infrastructure domain.
