Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and techno-functional HRIS Administrator to manage and support our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically, the Oracle Fusion platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, supporting HCM processes, ensuring data integrity, gathering business requirements, and implementing system enhancements. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR technology and improve business processes. Experience maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM modules is strongly preferred.
