Fulfilment Lead

This is a remote position. - Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance - Establish proactive controls to identify and prevent fulfilment failures - Lead containment and resolution of complex or high impact operational incidents - Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures - Manage order prioritisation, exceptions, escalations and ageing - Establish and continuously improve fulfilment SLAs, processes and controls - Coordinate vendors, procurement, logistics and internal teams - Provide clear executive level reporting on operational risks, performance and trends - Coach the team to independently identify and resolve operational issues - ​Drive continuous improvement in speed, reliability, cost and quality Requirements - 5–8+ years in operations, fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or a similarly complex operational environment - Demonstrated experience managing complex operational issues, incidents and escalations - Strong track record of preventing recurring issues through root cause analysis and process improvement - Demonstrated ability to contain operational disruption while maintaining customer and business continuity - Strong operational judgement and commercial awareness - High level of operational maturity and executive presence - Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating across functions - Proven people management and coaching experience - Highly analytical, structured and process oriented Originally posted on Himalayas
