Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI (f/m/d)

Verwaltungssprung is a Berlin-based GovTech company developing AI-powered software solutions to simplify and digitize administrative processes. Our platform enables citizens and public institutions to access secure, user-friendly, and fully digital public services. As we expand our agentic AI platform with new use cases, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who thrives on building new use cases from scratch and enjoys bringing clarity and focus to evolving environments. Tasks - Drive the full product development cycle: ideation, concept, development, release and continuous improvement - Shape the product architecture together with Engineering and AI, combining knowledge bases, agentic workflows and conversational interfaces - Conduct user research and discovery with internal and external stakeholders, validate assumptions early and feed learnings back into the product lifecycle - Set up priorities, rituals, documentation and decision-making routines - Define scope, success metrics and roadmap, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality and scope - Manage progress and expectations towards stakeholders at all levels - Ensure quality, usability and reliability of AI features, including evaluation of answer quality and workflow outcomes What you bring to the role - 5+ years of experience in product management, building customer-facing digital products - An AI-native way of working: you use tools such as Claude and Claude Code daily to prototype, analyze and accelerate your work, not just experimenting with them - A proven track record of building commercially successful products from 0 to 1 - Self-driven and resilient: you feel comfortable in fast-moving settings where not everything is defined yet - Strong communication skills: you align business, technical and non-technical people and hold your ground when needed - Solid experience with modern agile product development methods - Experience in startup, scale-up or consulting-like environments with high ownership and fast decision-making - Fluent English skills; German is a strong plus Nice to have - Previous experience shipping agentic AI or RAG-based products - Technical depth to discuss system design and LLM evaluation with engineers as a peer Benefits - Attractive compensation package - Centrally located offices with access to the unique ThinkTank Campus in Berlin-Wannsee - Free snacks and beverages in our offices - Flat hierarchies, fast decision-making, and room for your own ideas - International team spirit with recognition of both collective and individual successes - Early responsibility and strategic influence from day one - Structured onboarding with a buddy and experienced mentor - Continuous training programs and regular development discussions Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
