Senior Organic Analytics Manager

This role will lead analytical strategy and execution across organic search, AI-powered discovery, digital experience, and conversion performance. You will connect search visibility and website behavior to leads, applications, and enrollments to uncover meaningful business opportunities. The position combines advanced data analysis, measurement design, data quality, and executive storytelling. You will work closely with SEO, AEO, digital experience, CRO, CRM, data engineering, and analytics teams in a highly collaborative environment. A key focus will be building scalable measurement approaches that replace manual reporting with reliable, decision-ready insights. You will also evaluate initiatives, migrations, and experiments to determine what is driving performance changes and whether results can be attributed to specific actions. Success requires strong analytical judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
