Lead Technical Implementation Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Technical Implementation Analyst based in the United States. As a Lead Technical Implementation Analyst, you will provide strategic delivery leadership across multiple technical initiatives, internal business units, and external distribution partnerships. You will play a central role in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements while ensuring successful project execution from discovery through final release. Working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will oversee requirements gathering, delivery coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will also establish best practices, improve implementation processes, and mentor fellow analysts to strengthen team capabilities. With a focus on commercial insurance technology and API integrations, you will identify systemic challenges and drive solutions that support scalability and operational efficiency.
