Senior Technical Writer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Writer based in Switzerland. This is a senior technical documentation role embedded within a highly technical C2 engineering environment. You will turn complex engineering knowledge into clear, accurate, and actionable documentation for operators, field engineers, customers, support teams, and developers. Your work will cover software deployment, observability, troubleshooting, onboarding, upgrades, recovery, and operational procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, platform, product, security, and field teams to capture and validate technical knowledge. The role combines strong writing and information architecture with hands-on technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and operational tooling. Your documentation will help users operate complex systems more independently while improving release readiness and reducing avoidable engineering support.
