Our partner is looking for a Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead based in India. The Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead will play a key role in strengthening global HR operations through data-driven insights, effective governance, and scalable technology solutions. This senior individual contributor position combines people analytics, HR compliance, data integrity, and HR technology strategy. You will translate complex business needs into practical solutions, helping improve systems, processes, reporting, and controls across multiple countries. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional partners, you will lead solution design, define requirements, and ensure that implementations meet business and compliance needs. The role offers an opportunity to influence global HR practices while bringing structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement to a dynamic, international environment. The position is remote and requires working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time to support collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
