Lead Project Planner (Hydropower)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Project Planner (Hydropower) based in the United States. This senior role will shape planning strategy for complex, high-risk hydropower and energy projects across North America. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to project leadership, translating execution priorities into robust schedules and actionable insights. The position combines advanced planning, schedule analysis, risk mitigation, and stakeholder leadership across multidisciplinary project teams. You’ll play a key role in protecting cost, schedule, performance, and contractual commitments throughout the project lifecycle. The role also provides an opportunity to influence customer and consortium discussions through clear, data-driven schedule analysis. As a senior planning professional, you’ll mentor planners and schedulers while helping strengthen project controls, standards, and execution practices. This is a remote U.S. position with approximately 10% travel and collaboration across U.S. time zones.
