Strategic Customer Success Manager - Italian Speaking

Our partner is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager – Italian Speaking based in Portugal. We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the Italian-speaking market. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of innovative AI-powered video solutions. You will drive successful onboarding, product adoption, customer retention, and account growth while building strong relationships with stakeholders at every organizational level. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you will ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes and a strong return on investment.
