What you’ll be doing
- Strategic GTM Execution: Partner with our EMEA Public Sector Vice-President, Industry Leads, and solution owners to define and execute the public sector sales strategy across Denmark and Norway.
- Pipeline Champion: Proactively build, manage, and accelerate a high-value pipeline opportunities through government frameworks, procurement networks, and partner ecosystems.
- Consultative Enterprise Selling: Drive complex, long-cycle software sales, using a consultative "land-and-expand" methodology to demonstrate ROI to senior government stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Engineering, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success to guide clients smoothly from initial discovery to deployment.
- Partner & SI Engagement: Build and leverage partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), regional consulting partners, and cloud providers to accelerate market penetration.
What you’ll bring
- Nordic Public Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the public sector operational structures, buying processes, and procurement frameworks in Denmark and/or Norway.
- Established Relationships: A robust, active network of contacts within Danish and/or Norwegian government departments (e.g., tax authorities, social services, ministries).
- Enterprise Software Sales Track Record: Extensive experience in complex, high-value solution selling (such as AI, Big Data, Data Integrity, or Counter-Fraud solutions) directly to government clients.
- Consultative Mindset: Exceptional storytelling and advisory capabilities to help clients "solutionise" and see the immediate value of a sovereign Decision Intelligence platform.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Danish (or Norwegian) is essential, alongside professional English.
- Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Denmark (Copenhagen area).
