AI/ML Engineer

What's the challenge we have for you? 📍 Location: Salamanca, Spain 🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) We are looking for a Data Analytics / Machine Learning / AI Specialist to join a challenging project in the Data & Artificial Intelligence field, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions with a direct impact on business and financial operations. ⚙️ What will you do? - Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of Data Analytics, ML, and AI solutions; - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives; - Develop and implement Machine Learning models, AI Agents, and automation processes; - Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, and validation of Analytics, ML, and AI solutions; - Support QA teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and take responsibility for production deployments; - Identify, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to existing AI/ML models, agents, and solutions. 🧠 What do we value in you? - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders; - Results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving goals; - Experience working in Agile environments; - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design technical solutions that meet business needs; - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 🎓 What are we looking for? - At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence; - Experience in data projects within Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Asset Portfolio Management; - Advanced experience implementing ML/AI solutions using data from relational databases and document stores; - Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics; - Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (highly valued); - Good understanding of UX/UI Design principles applied to Analytics solutions; - Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and multi-branch development strategies; - Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) (nice to have); - Experience with Databricks Machine Learning and AI components (nice to have).
