AVP, Product Manager - Deposit Solutions

This senior product leadership role owns the strategy, development, and performance of deposit solutions within a large financial services organization. You will translate enterprise deposit strategy into actionable roadmaps that drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and balance growth. The position combines product management, marketing, analytics, pricing, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a subject matter expert across deposit products, digital banking, payments, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics. Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams, you will identify opportunities, launch initiatives, and continuously optimize portfolio performance. The role offers significant ownership, requiring a player-coach mindset and the ability to move confidently between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will also help shape the future of deposit products while developing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and strengthening member relationships.
